"If you’re looking for an Insurance Agent with great service, communication and follow thru I would highly recommend Matt Martin State Farm Insurance.
I recently purchased a new Honda where I needed a very quick turn around of insurance and documentation. A phone call to Jeanette, the Customer Service Representative was all that was needed. She handled all of the paperwork including communicating directly with the Honda dealer. This was all done in one afternoon without me being involved. Talk about a capacity builder. Again, great service and a team you enjoy dealing with is what I look for in an Insurance Agent."

"I needed renter’s insurance for my daughter. We live in another state and all of our insurance is with a different company which isn’t licensed in Connecticut. I reached out to Matt Martin’s State Farm office randomly and I’m really glad I did. I was treated as if I were a long-standing customer. He and his staff were extremely helpful, polite and respectful on the phone, even when he had to cancel and redo the policy because I initially provided him with an incorrect address. He reviewed all the options, answered all my questions, got back to me very quickly and really provided excellent service, especially considering this is only for a temporary inexpensive policy. Too-notch service, recommended without reservation!!"

"For the second summer in a row, a big thank you to everyone in the State Farm office of Matt Martins.

Robert Bayruns and Jeanette Downie were extremely polite, professional, and helpful, when I contacted the Simsbury office about a renters insurance policy. I do not live in CT but needed a minimal policy for three months to cover my daughter’s short-term lease during her internship in Bloomfield each of the past two summers.

Despite the short duration of the policy and tiny amount of premiums involved, Robert and Jeanette nonetheless delivered friendly, excellent customer service and quick, stress-free issuance and billing.

If Robert and Jeanette at Matt Martin’s State Farm office provide such great service for an out-of-stater on a short-term policy, I feel certain they deliver truly great service for local long-term customers."

Both ladies were awesome. They took a ton of time to help me get my insurance switched over after being with liberty mutual
for years - Who I literally have nothing good to say about it all I only wish I had switched years ago.
