"Jeanette and staff at Matt’s State Farm always provided me with the best customer service. From billing questions to roadside services. I remember one time my car was broken down on the side of the highway. I called Jeanette and told her my situation. My phone was on low battery. Jeanette told me not to worry, she would handle everything with roadside service seeing my phone probably would have died while talking with them.
