"I have been a State Farm client all my life. I know I can rely on the company to be there when I need them. In a world of online shopping and 'best price' is all that matters, it is refreshing and reassuring to meet in person with a representative of an organization that still believes in customer service, reviewing your requirements and providing coverage based on your needs. I have worked with Matt's office since 2017 when I moved to Connecticut. I met with him soon after he took over the territory and again recently as part of an annual review process to ensure my policies and liability coverage still aligned with my circumstances. Whenever I have a question, the office staff are eager to help, extremely knowledgeable and follow up promptly via phone or email. "I recently had the most incredible customer service experience at my local State Farm office, and I cannot express enough how happy and satisfied I am with the exceptional level of service I received. I had the pleasure of being assisted by Tyler, a sales representative who went above and beyond to help me resolve an issue, despite not being in the customer service department. Tyler's dedication and determination to assist me were truly remarkable. He utilized every resource available and exhausted all options to ensure that I was properly taken care of. What impressed me the most was his willingness to help me with a technology-related problem, even though I am an 82-year-old man who has never been comfortable with phones and new technology. For the past three days, Tyler dedicated his time to patiently teach me how to use my phone and become more familiar with new technology. He also showed me how to install the Drive Safe and Save module, which can save me up to 30% off my auto insurance rates. His ability to communicate and teach in such an adaptable and universal manner made it easy for me to understand everything he was saying. Tyler's approach to teaching was tailored to my way of thinking, making it effortless for me to grasp the concepts he was explaining. His patience, kindness, and genuine care for my understanding made the learning process enjoyable and stress-free. It is rare to find someone who can effectively adapt their communication style to suit the needs of others, and Tyler truly excelled in this area. I cannot emphasize enough the amount of time and effort Tyler invested in sitting down with me for more than one day. This level of commitment truly demonstrates that the State Farm office I visited puts a face behind their name. Their dedication to providing exceptional customer service is evident in their willingness to go the extra mile. Like a good neighbor, State Farm truly is there. I am grateful to Tyler and everyone at Matt Martin's State Farm office for making me feel confident and empowered.
